Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This is a general policy written for our service; please have it reviewed to suit your business and local law.

Our paid conversions are digital products delivered immediately, so refunds are limited, but we will always put things right when something goes wrong.

You are eligible for a refund if

• you were charged but could not generate or download your files because of a fault on our side;
• you were charged twice for the same order;
• the files are unusable and we cannot fix them for you within a reasonable time.

Not refundable

Conversions that completed successfully, or dissatisfaction with how a source document looks after conversion, are not refundable. Please use the free preview before you pay.

How to request one

Email within 7 days of payment with the email you signed up with and your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You are only charged when you choose to buy a conversion.
